Manage Permissions object list fix

The object picker in Manage Permissions only checked Salesforce's object-CRUD allow-list, so any object that supports field-level security but not object permissions was missing entirely. That left out more than 40 objects, including Price Book Entry, Task, Event, Opportunity Product, Order Product, and User. The picker now shows the union of both allow-lists, so these objects are selectable again for field and tab visibility permissions.

Objects without an object-permissions record now show as read-only on the Object Permissions tab instead of offering checkboxes that failed when saved.
